The short version: We collect your Google profile info (name, email, profile picture) to run your account. We never sell your data. Payment details go to Lemon Squeezy — we never see your card number.

- Profile picture

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We use Google OAuth solely for authentication. Your data is stored securely and is not shared with external services beyond what is needed to operate the platform.
Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). See Section 7 for full details on how payment data is handled.

7. Payment Data
When you purchase digital products through Levelica, the following payment-related data practices apply:
- Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment information (e.g., credit card details, billing address) directly and securely.
- Levelica receives and stores only limited purchase information: your email address, order ID, purchase status, and product details. We do not receive or store your credit card number or payment method details.
- Purchase records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for an additional period as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations (typically 5 years).
- You may request deletion of your purchase records by contacting us. However, we may retain certain records as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
